We undertake a broad range of electrical inspection
and testing, ranging from the basic home buyers report as requested
by many mortgage lenders, insurance companies & letting agents
through to full commercial certification of new & existing
installations.
As a company we inspect and test electrical
installations for compliance with the safety and legal requirement
of the Electricity at Work regulations 1989, which is statutory
law within the United Kingdom.
To achieve this compliance we utilise our
engineering skills and experience in combination with guidance
from, in particular BS7671:2008 (Requirements for Electrical Installations)
, Guidance Note 3 (Inspection and Testing published by the IEE)
, The NICEIC Technical Manual and others, via the most practicable
means for our customers.
All of our test equipment is subject to calibration
checks in order to maintain instrument accuracy. We calibrate
all of our test equipment annually at a UKAS traceable test facility
and all of our instruments are rigorously checked monthly by our
engineers to ensure continuing accuracy. |
